RF Ministry of Energy delegation headed by Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Minister of Energy of Russian Federation, and in attendance with Oleg Zhdaneyev, Deputy General Director of REA RF Ministry of Energy, Konstantin Grebennik, Head of Hydrogen Energetics Development Department, visited the production site of PJSC “Cryogenmash” – the largest manufacturer of air separation, hydrogen industry and LNG technologies and equipment in Russia.

“Cryogenmash” (member of Gazprombank Group), the largest Russian manufacturer of air separation technologies and equipment, hydrogen industry and LNG, was included in the World Hydrogen Council; the company became the first representative of Russia in this largest international business association.

Gazprombank sales the industrial gases business to Sinara Group
Gazprombank announces a deal with the Sinara Group for the sale of 99.9% of CryoGaz LLC, the operator of the technical gases business within the OMZ Group. The transaction amount is not disclosed, the full closing will take place in the first quarter of 2022.

Amur Gas Chemical Complex and OMZ Group company have concluded the long-term agreement on industrial gases supplies
Amur Gas Chemical Complex LLC (joint venture of SIBUR and Sinopec) and the subsidiary of PJSC OMZ, Cryogenmash Razvitie LLC, have signed the general contract for the design, supply and construction of the air separation plant, the long-term lease agreement and the long-term contract for supply of industrial gases for a period of 22 years. This is the third project in the framework of cooperation between PJSC OMZ and SIBUR Group in the supply of industrial gases.
