“Gazprom” and “Cryogenmash”: realization of LNG projects in Russia regions
“Gazprom” offers to gasify Far East on account of LNG, with decreasing prices on this one. During the conference, named “Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2015”, Deputy Manager of Project Control Department, Chief of Bureau of East Projects Department, Viktor Timoshilov said: “We couldn’t continue the region gasification in the same old way; we need a maximum cost-saving on account of using new technologies”.

PSJC “CRYOGENMASH” stock of orders is completed with new “on-site” project
PJSC “CRYOGENMASH” (in the name of its subsidiary production unit OOO “CryoGAS”) and JSC “UCC“URALKHIM”(one of the largest company on the mineral fertilizers market in RF, CIS and Europe) signed the contract about construction and commissioning of new air separation capacities on branch of “KTCC” in Kirovo-Tchepetsk, the Kirov region.

Cryogenmash finished construction of new multiproduct research & production complex
JSC “Cryogenmash”, a Russian enterprise leading in the field of complex solutions for technical gases production, is carrying out a large-scale modernization of production facilities with financial support from Gazprombank, the principal shareholder. Cryogenmash has finished construction and proceeds to commissioning in new modern multiproduct research & production complex with a total area of 25 000 m2, which will allow to double the innovative industrial products output, particularly as a part of the import substitution program in the key sectors of the Russian Federation economy.

Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant Renovates Oxygen Station 2
Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant named after B. V. Kolesnikov (MMC Norilsk Nickel Polar Division) goes ahead with replacements of soon expiring air separation products capacities and compressor equipment. Due to the fact that a part of the1979-commissioned air separation units (ASU) and compressor equipment are being retired on schedule, there arose long-felt need in the equipment scheduled replacement. Russian JSC “Cryogenmash” is the general contractor for design and construction of the entire facility. As per the contract, the new equipment is to be commissioned in the 4th quarter of 2016.

New Air Separation Plant Constructed at OJSC “Omsky Kauchuk”
The air separation plant equipment was supplied by a large Russian company producing air separation equipment and technologies – JSC “Cryogenmash” (Balashikha, the Moscow Region). The new air separation plant is an easier to operate, more cost-effective and energy-saving equipment having a number of advantages, i.e. automatic control of all systems and components, availability of both automatic and manual control modes, availability of safety lock allowing to ensure the maximum safety level of the plant operation.

On September 7th, TV channel “Russia 24” showed a video in the program “Machine building” about Cryogenmash new oxygen plant construction. The air separation unit КдАр-9,4 will produce 9000 m3/hr of oxygen for the electric steel-making shop of Taganrog Metallugical plant.

JSC”Cryogenmash” concluded the contract on execution of a variety of works for Amur Gas Processing Plant construction
In the frame of the contract with OJSC “VNIPIgazdobycha”, Cryogenmash develops design documentation, FEED documentation for ethane and NGL recovery unit, for nitrogen removal and helium & helium concentrate production unit (fine purification unit and helium liquefaction unit) as parts “Amur Gas Processing Plant” project.
