The vast Chinese market is the coveted prize for most of the largest world corporations. Russian companies try to make their mark on this market as well. Over the last half a year, the domestic engineering holding companies managed to increase the export supplies to PRC for a quarter.
It is the challenging task to reach out to these promising market segments and occupy them. The domestic companies apply a great number of efforts in their struggle for market. It is a routine thing for Russia that the shops shelves are swamped with Chinese goods. It is considered that the reverse process — export of domestic products to PRC — is something fantastic. Actually, Russia has not succeeded in supplying of foods and consumers goods. Over the last years, the dozens of high-tech companies complete with Russian equipment occurred in China. One of such companies, operating on the liquefied natural gas (LNG) production units manufactured in Balashikha, is located in Ansu. Over the last eight years, Cryogenmash (member of OMZ Group) supplied 22 low-tonnage units with a capacity of up to 10 tons of LNG per hour for 16 Chinese plants.
