Cryogenmash gave the presentation of its latest on-site project – industrial gases supply station of Taganrog metallurgic plant

On 27th September, 2016, Cryogenmash gave to its Customers and partners the presentation of its latest on-site project – industrial gases supply station of Taganrog metallurgic plant. The capacity of ASP KdAAr-9/5 on gaseous oxygen – 9400 m3/hr, 99.7%, 3.0 MPa, on gaseous nitrogen – 2000 kg/hr, 99.7%, 0.4 MPa, on liquid argon – more than 500 kg/hr, 5 ppm (О2,N2); in addition, at production site provided is the rare gases production as follows: krypton-xenon concentrate and neon-helium mixture.
The participants attended the report of General Director, ООО “Cryogas” (PJSC Cryogenmash subsidiary)- Mikhalkevitch V.I., concerning the development of the company gas business, and the main stages of on-site project implementation – industrial gases production in Taganrog, as well as the report of Director of NIiKIKM – Tarasova Ye.Yu., concerning the design solutions and process diagrams executed during this project implementation, and the characteristics of equipment used. Further, during the presentation, arranged was the excursion among production facility, seen were the central control panel, laboratory, machinery room, turboexpander sets, air-separation unit, oxygen and nitrogen liquefier (with total capacity 5 t/hr), and other equipment. The excursion participants were also interested in LOX, LIN, LAN storage system with total volume of 785 m3, and in liquid cryogenic products unloading system by road.
