The deadline for submission of applications for the competition “Tekhnostart – 2019” has been extended
In response to the participants demand, the deadline for submitting applications for the competitions innovative projects in the sphere of technologies for mechanical engineering of “Tekhnostart-2019” has been extended. Applications are accepted until April 5, 2019 at www.tstart.ru.
The competition was held by OMZ Group jointly with "ALROSA" and supported by the Skolkovo Innovation Center. Mr. Stanislav Krechetov, Director of the Business Accelerator of Rosatom Fuel Company "TVEL", joined the competition jury team in 2019. Besides, the representatives of the Business Accelerator will act as the instructors.
The "Tekhnostart" competition has become a significant and expected event in the industry. This year it will be held already the seventh time. The Skolkovo Research and Technology Park will be the place of the competition final, just as it was last year. The competition committee includes the representatives of the leading Russian companies and venture funds: PJSC "Gazprom Neft", State Corporation "Rosatom", PJSC "Alrosa", "Skolkovo" Foundation, State Corporation "Rostekhnologii" and many others.
Projects are accepted for the competition in the following spheres: optimization of production processes, including digital and additive technologies; industrial robot technologies; energy saving and energy efficiency, as well as projects aimed at improving the product line in the field of mechanical engineering equipment for the oil and gas chemical, metallurgical and nuclear industries. Within the framework of the competition, it is planned to hold a special section of PJSC "ALROSA" in the areas of geological exploration of diamond deposits, technology and technological processes of diamond mining, treatment of highly mineralized circulating water, etc.
The final competition will be held on May 21, 2019 in Moscow. The candidates for the winners will address the representatives of the biggest industrial companies and venture funds, present their projects and answer the experts' questions. The winners will be awarded with prizes from OMZ Group and other partners of the competition. Besides, the best projects will be able to access "Skolkovo" Foundation support instruments, including mentor support, support in fund-raising, commercialization of research and development results, intellectual property protection.
