PJSC “Cryogenmash” arranges for the exhibition “Import substitution in gas industry” within the Х St. Petersburg International Gas Forum

PJSC “Cryogenmash” arranges for oil and gas market specialists, gas markets specialists to visit St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, which will be held from 5th to 8th of October in St. Petersburg (Congress and exhibition center “EXPOFORUM”, St. Petersburg roadway, 64/1, pavilion F).

On 5th of October, from 12:30 to 14:30, PJSC “Cryogenmash” participates in special session of OMZ and JSC “Gazprombank” within the program of forum considered the actual challenges, which the gas sector presents with engineering companies. At the exhibition PJSC “Cryogenmash” will demonstrate the model of standard low-tonnage plant for natural gas liquefaction with capacity of 1,5 LNG tons per hour, including the LNG storage and supply system, cryogenic tanker-semitrailer and CryoPAGZ. The company has manufactured already a set of natural gas liquefaction plants, working on subcooling high pressure throttling-ejection cycle. Principle diagram of these plants joins the simple structure and operation with high energy efficiency.

More than 20 plants of this type are operated successfully both in Russia and abroad, within the production range of LNG from 0.5 t/hr to 3 t/hr. “Cryogenmash” solutions may be used for the import substitution of low-tonnage LNG plants manufactured at Germany, USA and China.

The tank is 2-wall cylinder apparatus, consisting of the vessel and the jacket. The vessel, inside which liquid hydrogen is located, is manufactured from stainless steel. To exclude the heat leaks to the product, multilayer screen-vacuum insulation is applied over the vessel; evaporation losses are less than 0,3% a day. The tank length - 36,3 m; the dimensions allow transporting the finished and factory-tested item to the Customer site by road and rail. More than 10 tanks of this type are supplied to RF and abroad.
