JSC “Cryogenmash” shareholders elected 7 members of new Board of Directors during the unscheduled meeting.
The new Board of Directors will shortly elect a Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Tigran Khachaturov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank, and Karen Karapetyan, Advisor of the Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank, who seceded from the Board of Directors of JSC “Cryogenmash” about two years ago, have not been the members of the Board of Directors.
