Cryogenmash was selected as the industrial gases Supplier for “ZapSibNeftekhim”(SIBUR), Tobolsk

13.02.2017 SIBUR and PJSC Cryogenmash have entered the agreement concerning the industrial gases production facility construction at ZapSibNeftekhim complex constructed.

Industrial gases – nitrogen and dry compressed air – will provide work of all “ZapSibNeftekhim” key facilities, from the basic process units and to off-site facilities. Dry compressed air provides with processes control, and nitrogen – with their safety.

According to agreement conditions, Cryogenmash subsidiary – “Cryogenmash-Gas-Tobolsk” – will act as the designer, supplier of equipment and the contractor during the construction of dry air and nitrogen production unit at the territory of. After putting the unit into operation, “Cryogenmash-Gas-Tobolsk” will perform the unit operational management and will supply the industrial gases for “ZapSibNeftekhim” on a long-term basis.

“ZapSibNeftekhim”, in its turn, guarantees the purchase of definite industrial gases volume at the pre-determined formula-based price. The designed capacity of new production facility will be equal up to 37 thous. ncm/hr on nitrogen, and up to 28 thous. ncm/hr on dry compressed air. It will allow fully covering “ZapSibNeftekhim” needs for industrial gases.

Thus, we aim to cooperate with the lead representatives of this industry, such as Cryogenmash, for agreements execution intending the industrial gases supply as per outsourcing plan. It allows the company concentrating on petro-chemicals production for the fullest needs satisfaction of our clients”, - said Vasiliy Nomokonov, Executive Director of SIBUR.

We manufacture the air-separation equipment and further operate it on our own, and the customer receives the industrial gases of required quality and as needed.
