Cryogenmash summed up first results of participation in the national project “Improving labor efficiency and supporting of employment”

On the 3d of June, 2020, PJSC Cryogenmash joined the National project on improving labor efficiency. The purpose of this project is to improve the production efficiency and the entire company in whole. It is a good opportunity for PJSC Cryogenmash to become more competitive under present conditions of changing market, followed by a guarantee of stability for each employee.
Flexibility and sustainability, the ability to adapt to customer requirements and quickly respond to market changes, cost-effectiveness in use of material, time and human resources are the main requirements for modern production, regardless of its scale. The project implementation to improve labor efficiency at Cryogenmash has become a response to modern market challenges.
The production of tanker-semitrailers ППЦ-50 for the liquefied natural gas transportation was chosen as a pilot production flow. PJSC Cryogenmash employees, together with experts from the Federal Competence Center (FCC), conducted the flow diagnostics, using lean manufacturing means, identified the flow bottlenecks, found solutions to eliminate them and implement improvements in accordance with the developed plan for optimization of production processes in the pilot flow.
The implementation of these measures will help Cryogenmash to achieve the target state of the pilot sample flow, learn the new methods of working and, ultimately, improve labor efficiency, reduce the time of the process, increase the output, turnover of material resources during the subsequent production of ППЦ. Further, the results achieved on the pilot flow will be transferred to other production flows of the company.
Achievement of the pilot flow target state is not the limit. Right now the working group participants have simulated the ideal production state, determined, how the process should look like when eliminating all types of losses on site and analyzing labor efficiency reserves. Achievement of the ideal production state will give the company the opportunity to maintain leading positions at the domestic market of cryogenic equipment, increase the volumes and quality of production.
