Cryogenmash put its fifth on-site project into operation

15.03.2018 On 13th of March, Sergei Zhvachkin, the Governor of the Tomsk Region, Sergei Menyailo, Russian Presidential Envoy of Siberian Federal District, Kirill Shamalov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of PJSC “SIBUR-Holding company” and Maria Sokolova, General Director of PJSC “Cryogenmash” have established new industrial gases production plant at “Cryogenmash-Gaz” works, Tomsk. “Cryogenmash-Gaz” LLC, Tomsk subsidiary, was established in 2013 on the basis of nitrogen-oxygen shop of “Tomskneftekhim” removed from the company. It is the main consumer of the new plant products (nitrogen and dry compressed air). Evgeniy Pukhnoi, Director of Tomsk subsidiary of “Cryogenmash-Gaz”, told to Sergei Zhvachkin and Sergei Menyailo about the plant process lines operation. The cryogenic products storage, gasification and delivery system, air and nitrogen compression room, air separation plant are operated there. The company plans to obtain a license for production of oxygen for medical purpose and to expand product market outlet. Sergei Zhvachkin noted that Cryogenmash invested 1,5 billion rubles in the new production plant (the Tomsk Region). The regional authorities, in their turn, granted tax exemptions to the Tomsk plant. “Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin set the task to expand in number of high-efficient working positions, with appropriate work conditions and respectable wages. We tried to perform the task in the Tomsk Region within the last years, providing with working positions in engineering, radio electronics, oil, gas and chemical field – said Sergei Zhvachkin. – Tomskneftekhim, “SIBUR” company, is in successful operation. To provide with new production plant, it is required to improve associated production plants. “Cryogenmash-Gaz” new plant is definitely such production plant, which allows us providing with new production plants and new working positions”. “This is good news that another plant is provided by private investments in the Tomsk Region. I am convinced that Tomsk brand products will be competitive and highly required”, – noted Sergei Menyailo. Kirill Shamalov, member of the “SIBUR” board, noted that the Holding company reviewed several companies for industrial gases supply. “We are very glad that we decided on your company”. Maria Sokolova, General Director of PJSC “Cryogenmash” thanked the regional authorities for granted tax exemptions and organizational assistance during the new production plant establishment. “We are always ready to assist the companies who invest in the business and the region development, – said Sergei Zhvachkin. The Governor, Plenipotentiary Envoy, and “SIBUR” and “Cryogenmash” CEOs cut the symbolic ribbon, giving a start to the road tanker with thousandth ton of LOX.
