The plant is based on a modern cycle with internal compression of air separation products, which makes it possible to obtain products under the required pressure using no additional compressors. The use of such technology provides increased safety and reliability of the equipment operation.

One hundred million cubic meters of technical gases, including oxygen, nitrogen and argon, were produced at the new cryogenic air separation plant in “MMK” oxygen shop.
The unit, the cost of which is RUB 4.2 billion, was erected at the site of oxygen station No. 5 of the oxygen shop of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in July 2018.
The KdAdAr-35/30 cryogenic air separation plant (ASP) developed and produced by PJSC "Cryogenmash" near Moscow generates 35,000 m3/hour of gaseous oxygen, 30,000 m3/hour of gaseous nitrogen, 600 m3/hour of gaseous argon, and partially liquid products.
