Cryogenmash finished construction of new multiproduct research & production complex
JSC “Cryogenmash”, a Russian enterprise leading in the field of complex solutions for technical gases production, is carrying out a large-scale modernization of production facilities with financial support from Gazprombank, the principal shareholder. Cryogenmash has finished construction and proceeds to commissioning in new modern multiproduct research & production complex with a total area of 25 000 m2, which will allow to double the innovative industrial products output, particularly as a part of the import substitution program in the key sectors of the Russian Federation economy.
The company took part in many national programs, e.g. implementation of basic oxygen steelmaking and development of large-scale chemical plants, development of large systems for rockets filling with liquid cryoproducts at the launch sites of our country and abroad, superconductivity technology mastery.
At a new stage of development, JSC “Cryogenmash” is upgrading cardinally its production facilities for ensuring the highest performance and quality levels and reduction of time for new types of products manufacturing application.
Since 2012, JSC “Cryogenmash” realizes the large-scale program of modernization of the production facilities – in fact, a new Cryogenmash has been built. At present, construction is completed, and commissioning works began in a new modern multiproduct research & production complex, which will allow doubling the output of the innovative industrial products. No similar modernization program has been implemented at the enterprise for more than 30 years. Gazprombank furnished a credit line for its implementation for about 3 billion rubles that allowed implementing the project within the shortest possible time using the most advanced manufacturing technologies and the equipment supply from the world leading manufacturers.
Due to Gazprombank, OMZ and Cryogenmash highly professional teamwork the period of the project implementation from the moment of the modifications idea announcement to the topping-out ceremony made three years only. Cryogenmash’s portfolio of orders ensures a two-year capacity utilization prediction, though the existing new and perspective projects on LNG, casing-head gas, rare gases and helium, technical gases delivery outsourcing require advanced engineering capabilities of the enterprise. These requirements are satisfied most fully by construction of a new industrial complex which will allow the enterprise efficiency increase as to production costs.
Cryogenmash‘s industrial complex meets the modern requirements to production activity arrangement, labor protection and industrial safety. Within the framework of modernization program, the following state-of-the-art equipment is mounted and operated: bending, welding, forge-and-press, rolling, blasting, metal-cutting, paint spraying machines.
